Payment methods & refunds
Payment can be made by cheque or via Paypal. Cheques should be made payable to My Gineration, marked with your customer number on the reverse and posted to us at Braemar, Townfield Lane, Mollington, Chester CH1 6LB. Cheques will be required to be cleared by your bank before your order can be despatched
Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that prices, and information about availability on the website are kept up to date, there may be occasions when it is necessary to contact you with additional information. If this should occur you will be advised as soon as possible.. At this point you may choose to cancel your order, in which case any monies paid will be refunded.
This applies only to goods which have not yet been collected by or despatched to the customer.
